Complimentary appraisal


Schedule a time for your local expert to attend your property and look through it with you. Within 24 hours of the inspection, you will be delivered a comprehensive appraisal report outlining the expected sale price of your property.

Sign-up


At this point, you can choose to appoint your local expert as your full-service real estate agent. Unlike Airlisting, AIRLISTING+ requires the same contract as to any real estate agent. There are however no required up-front fees. Only $5,950 inc GST payable at successful settlement (no sale, no fee).

Your listing


Once you have signed-up with AIRLISTING+, we'll create your listing that will be published to realestate.com.au and domain.com.au. If you already have great photos, we can get this done right away. If you want to organise exceptional photography, we can do this for you at cost from Australia's top provider. Once you approve your listing, your property will be "on the market" and advertised on the major real estate platforms.

Enquiries, open homes + private inspections


All enquiries received will be managed by your agent and the AIRLISTING+ team. We have a team working around the clock. You and your AIRLISTING+ agent will agree on times for open homes and your agent will manage all open homes. All requests for private inspections are sent through to you right away, and your agent will show through prospective buyers at the times agreed by you and your buyer.

Transparent reporting


You will be updated on the progress of your sale frequently by Airlisting. You will also receive a weekly report with all the outcomes and enquiries received on your property. Your AIRLISTING+ agent is with you every step of the way and will stop at nothing to secure you the result you are after.

Successfully selling


You will be in charge of all negotiations, and your AIRLISTING+ agent will be there to work for you. Once you and your buyer reach a sale agreement, the contracts are drawn up and your AIRLISTING+ agent will be with you every step of the way until your successful settlement.+ No sell, no fee + $5,950 inc GST payable at successful settlement.
