Step 2: Organise marketing - World-class photography, a custom For Sale sign and your advertisements on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au can be organised directly from Airlisting.
Step 3: Draft contract preparation - A highly regarded, national, fixed-fee conveyancing lawyer can be engaged directly through Airlisting or you can nominate any lawyer of your choosing. You must have a draft contract uploaded against your listing for it to go live on Airlisting. If you choose to use our recommended law firm, the contract will be uploaded directly.
Step 4: Publish your listing - Check over your listing, make Open Home times, choose your list price and click "publish". Your property is now officially on the market and has been sent to the major listing sites. You can update your listing at any time.
