Costs, Products & Services
The only compulsory fee involved in successfully selling real estate through Airlisting is the Airlisting sale fee of 0.9% + GST, to a minimum of $5,500+ GST. Users of the platform may choose to purchase any of the numerous services and products also for sale on the Airlisting platform. All possible costs and charges for products and services available for purchase through Airlisting are described in the table below. Please note, everywhere possible products and services for sale through Airlisting are priced at exactly the amount that the supplier of these products and services charges Airlisting. I.e. Airlisting makes no margin and receives no kickbacks on any products or services sold through the website, except for the Airlisting sale fee (with this fee only being charged at such a time as the user successfully settles their home; or the property developer achieves an unconditional sale contract.
